A mere 9 days ago, we, a valiant team of Australians, declared War on the entire Steemit Planet.
Our mission:
"To corner the flow of STEEM and conquer the world!!"
Our battle plan was revealed:
- WE will dominate you in color challenges.
- WE will destroy you in daily challenges.
- WE will obliterate you with our pretty flower photos.
- WE will astound you with our historical and geographical knowledge.
- WE will amaze you with our Australian culture.
- WE will resonate upon you with our music, literature and theatre.
- YOU will submit to our foods, our creatures, our oceans, our architecture and our wide brown land.
In the nature of true 'Aussie sportsmanship', we granted the World a 10 day 'armistice' to rally troops in defense of their nations.
Whilst most of the world surrendered to the creative genius that is 'TEAM AUSTRALIA', a few partisan communities did arise - vowing to defend their homelands from a 'Speedo and Thonged' Aussie attack.
These brave national teams are:
- Team Philippines.
- Team USA.
- Team Britain.
- Team New Zealand.
With just over 24 hours to go until the battle begins, the official STEEM WARS 'Master Arbiters' 
The 'International Red Cross' has now dispatched operatives and medical personnel to the nominated landing zones, along with medical supplies and rations.

STEEM WARS: RULE BOOK AND SURVIVAL GUIDE
- The STEEM WARS are set to commence approximately 1 minute past midnight on 1 July 2017 AEST
- This is the time that the first 'Battle Cry' is made by me.
- A new battle will be initiated approximately every 24 hours for 10 days, at which time the outcome of the Wars will be known.
- Each battle will be a unique steemit challenge (like daily colour challenges - only heaps better).
- Battle outcomes will be determined by:
-- The number of 'Hero Standards' (entries) per team.
-- The quality of the 'Hero Standards'.
-- The number of votes, resteems and STEEM each 'Hero Standard' earns; and,
-- The reports of the 'Master Arbiters' - there will be major bonuses for those 'Hero Standards' which take out 1st and 2nd places in minds of the arbiters.
Based on the above data I will provide an ongoing updates on the war efforts. - TEAM AUSTRALIA - is attacking on 4 fronts - so we need at least 4 times the number of entries as any other nation... so don't get complacent.
- Be as creative as you like! The more creative the better!!
- 'Hero Standards' can be in any form you like - pictures, video, music, reports, jokes, cartoons, memes, captions, art, sculpture - whatever you, 'the Hero,' can think of.

'Hero Standard' formatting is imperative for the success of your team. The 'Hero Standard' post format should be as follows and based on the 'Battle Cry'.
Heading: (Lower case) Steem Wars: Day 1: (short title): Team ??
Footer: Hero Standard by: Name, Rank, Serial Number
Tags: steemwars (your country team) [no further tags please - don't want you getting in trouble with the 'Steem Cleaner']
Example:
SirKnight's 'Battle Cry' is:
Day 1 - "Knights in shinning armour take to the field!" (short title: Armoured Knights)
My header for my Hero Standard would read:
Steem Wars: Day 1: Armoured Knights: Team Australia
My footer might read:
Hero Standard by: SirKnight Private 007 (be creative)
And the tags would be: #steemwars #teamaustralia
And this is all there is too it.
Get limbered up and your creative juices flowing, because it is going to be a STEEMing 10 days.
The final point I will make is this - get in and support your team mates with up-votes, replies and resteems! But never forget we are Aussies and Steemians - and as such we also applaud the hard work and performance of our opponents - so be sure to upvote, reply and resteem them to when the occasion warrants it.
