Noodles are the first food I think of and my comfort food when I'm bored of eating rice.
Today even though the weather is quite hot, it doesn't stop my desire to eat spicy food. Incidentally, I've been wanting to try "Mak Mie", unfortunately when "Mak Mie" was getting hype, I didn't have time to try it. And now when I want to eat spicy food and don't want to eat rice, then my choice falls on "Mak Mie".
"Mak Mie" is a trademark that sells various kinds of chicken noodle menus. "Mak Mie" is a brand of chicken noodles made by a well-known celebrity, so when I chose to order this for lunch, I didn't really expect the taste. Chicken Noodle served by "Mak Mie" consists of several variants, including: Original Mak, Yamin Mak, Rica Rica Mak, Salted Egg Mak and Super Special Mak.

Because I wanted to eat spicy today, so I chose the Rica Rica Mak and Super Special Mak variants.
Rica Rica Mak
My first impression of seeing Rica Rica Mak is very tempting. You can see the red chili sauce on top of the noodles, then the toppings are quite a lot of chicken pieces and also the fried dumplings. Rica Rica Mak are chicken noodles served with the typical "Mak Mie" rica rica sauce and topped with chicken pieces, boiled mustard greens and fried dumplings. Surprisingly, the taste of this chicken noodle is delicious and suits my tongue. Where I wasn't really expecting the taste, and it turned out to be delicious.
The noodles are long and use curly noodles, the texture of the noodles is also soft and chewy. You can see the sambal that has been combined with the noodles which is very tempting. The taste of the sambal is also spicy and savory, although the sambal is quite spicy, you can still enjoy it. In my opinion, for spicy lovers, this is highly recommended, the spicy Rica Rica chili makes us want to eat again and eat again.
Super Special Mak
The last menu I ordered is Super Special Mak. This is the mie ayam with a concoction of five secret sauces in the style of "Mak Mie". In terms of appearance, this variant is the same as the previous variant, with toppings of chicken pieces, boiled mustard greens and fried dumplings on top. However, this Super Special Mak variant is more colorful because it uses the five secret sauces. I don't know what sauce was used but again it tasted good too.
This super special Mak is a chicken noodle menu with a sweet spicy savory taste that mixes perfectly and when eaten it feels like it melts in the mouth. It's so delicious.
As for the taste, these two variants are very good, where I didn't really expect the taste but it is quite surprising me and makes me not regret it and I want to try the other menus.
