As a loyal Orange is the New Black-fan, I bingewatched the last season in a couple of days.

The fifth season finally came out on June 9th and filled our hearts with our beloved and not so beloved OITNB cast. (Gloria fangirl here).

The fourth season ended with Daya holding the gun, a riot about to start and people screaming at her to shoot that piece-of-shit guard. The fifth season basically revolves around this riot which - obviously - brings a lot of new and existing drama to the screen.

Comparing this season to the other's, I found it actually pretty entertaining. It consisted of a new bad guy which gives you a heartache and cringes of nervousness - simiar to what we experienced when Pennsatucky went all Jesus Christ Superstar on Piper in the first season. It basically freaks you out. Also the amount of humor was a pleasant surprise. Though this season I found a couple of characters beyond annoying: Leanne, Angie and Suzanne.

Basically, I wanted to share a couple of my thoughts in non-chronological order:

• JUST TAKE THE DAMN DEAL TAYSTEE;
• Baxter, get over yourself. What did you expect?
• No one got mad at Suzanne over Poussey though?
• Die, Piscatella;
• Nicky is good for you, Lorna. Open your eyes man;
• Gloria <3
• Flaritza yesssssss;
• I would've loved a bigger role for Sophia this season;
• Aleida, wtf;
• Black Cindy yo :D
• Abdullah <3
• Caputo is still in my book of good;
• I loved that
• Maria, you sneaky, pretty asshole;
• Flores, you done good. I love that she had a bigger role;
• lol dat Frieda.

Also, my reaction to the season's ending:

WHAT ARE FUCK ARE YOU SERIOUS WHY WHAT THE FUCK I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT AND THIS IS HOW YOU END IT
