A major problem with our leadership culture is the mythic and inherently fake image we often have in our minds.
We have been told that a true leader would be a mighty person with no blemish coming to the rescue in his/her shiny armour.
Such a myth is extremely toxic, as it turns every single mistake or failure into a seemingly invincible obstacle.
I think, true leadership means embracing one’s humanness despite the difference in beliefs and opinions.
What you think!
