"You are constantly changing growing and evolving"
Today's original message shows how even when we are still, our bodies are constantly working. Our bodies never fully rest when we are alive. New cells are being made, other cells are dying. Your body constantly takes care of itself without you being aware of it. It never complains about what it does it just does what it has to do and does it beautifully. This should be a parallel to your voluntary actions.You should be in a general flow through life guided by spirit doing things simply and loving what you're doing.
