Poha, is a breakfast dish enjoyed by a number of Indians. It's healthy, quick to make and incredibly tasty with a squeeze of lemon as a garnish. I have tried my best and compiled this article with easy to follow steps and images , that will definitely help you in your pursuit of cooking an Indian dish.
Ingredients
• 100 gm. flattened rice/poha

Heat 2 table spoons of oil, in a frying pan.
Step 3
Once the oil is heated up add mustard seeds, asafoetida ( hing), turmeric , green chillies and curry leaves.
Step 4
Once the seeds splutter add onions, and fry them until they become and translucent.
Step 5
Add salt to taste and one teaspoon sugar and sauté them evenly. Add diced tomatoes and potatoes and groundnuts as per your choice.
Step 6
Once the veggies are cooked, add the softened rice and mix well.
Step 7
Let it rest for 2 minutes
Step 8
Garnish it with fresh grated coconut and a squeeze of lemon.
