The first time i heard about bitcoin i had just finished writing my university exams. It was at that time i was thinking, ok, I'm done with school , now what? 2015 around July thats when i stumbled upon the cryptocurrency. I was so fascinated , confused and very eager to learn about it.
Sending money for free like a text message ?? Decentralized ? Mining with computers? Lol as a tech person i had fun learning this as i knew i was definitely the first among my friends to know about this emerging technology.
The price of 1 bitcoin had just passed $200 USD and was thinking maaan i can't afford that, so i just stuck to learning about it and the blockchain. Two years later today's price is about $2 565.
What interests me more is not the value gain though ..... Is the tech! The tech that keeps on thriving and thriving. "Experts" keep making comments but bitcoin keeps on proving them wrong.
How has this tech connected with people?? To be continued....
