Dear Steemians,
This is my breakfast today.
As always, I chose to eat very easy quick and healthy plant-based foods.
On the plate on the left-hand side I cut up some fruits, and on the plate on the right-hand side I cut up some veggies. In the middle you see a glass of self-made nutrient-rich green smoothie.
Isn't it mouth-wateringly ππ¦delicious π?
Here is the list of ingredients:

- mango
- grapes
- pear
- kiwi
- banana
- plums
veggies π π₯π₯
- carrots
- tomatoes
- zucchini
- cucumber
- bell pepper
green smoothieπ±πΏππ
- 250ml water
- lettuce
- bananas
- apple
- pitted dates
- grounded flax seeds
Procedure:
Very easy! Just cut up the fruit and veggies.
For the green smoothie, just put a half head of lettuce, three ripe bananas, apple, four small dates and two tablespoons of ground flaxseed into a blender. Add some water and blend it all up until it is smooth.
