Technical Difficulties @smartmarket and @smartsteem

Hello everybody,

we had some technical difficulties as Hive account@smartmarket ran out of bandwith to use for transfers and this brought both smartsteem and smartmarket to hold.

We've refunded all bids on smartsteem which would have resulted in a minus and will also send out a discount-refund of 10% to those who went through since this bid wasn't the most profitable.

Also - for now, refunds for Hive account@smartmarket will be send out by smartsteem until the bandwidth has been restored.
