PASTA AND ISLAND LIFE

Hello Everyone,

Let me share to you one of my favorite meal while out from the city and just enjoying the island life.

Tuna Creamy Carbonara

Well the ingredients are not the extravagant and just simple:
Can tuna flakes
Ripe tomatoes
Minced Garlic
Mushroom
Cheese
Basil flakes

And for the saunce since we don't have time to create our owm cream sauce we just bought a ready to go sauce

Cooking instructions:

1. Drain tuna Flakes Oil/water ( Save some atleast 2 Table spoon of tuna oil)
2. Drain water from mushroom
3. Heat Garlice with the save tuna oil then add tuna + mushroom
4. Steam till mushroom gets tender
5. Add dice cheese
6. Add the carbonara sauce
   7.cook about 5 mins
7. Add basil flakes
8. Mix with the pasta

And pair it with your favorite wine and beer
