On this occasion, I portrayed Death in space. In this representation, Death challenges our understanding of life, death, and the meaning of existence in a cosmic context. It also seeks to capture the essence of death, where it becomes an immersion into the unknown, a journey towards the eternal.

En esta ocasión, retraté a la Muerte en el espacio. En esta representación, la Muerte desafía nuestra comprensión de la vida, la muerte y el significado de la existencia en un contexto cósmico. También busca obtener el significado de la muerte, donde se convierte en una inmersión en lo desconocido, un viaje hacia lo eterno.

To begin with the design, I tried to place the astronaut within a background that simulated being in space, but I wasn't satisfied with the outcome. As a result, I decided to take Death into space. As seen in the second image, I made a cut in the helmet to give it a shattered effect and added a skull profile to represent the idea that had come to my mind.
Para iniciar el diseño, intenté incorporar al astronauta en un fondo que simulaba estar en el espacio, pero no quedé conforme con el resultado. Por lo tanto, decidí llevar a la Muerte al espacio. Como se aprecia en la segunda imagen, hice un corte en el casco para darle un efecto quebrado y añadí un perfil de calavera para representar la idea que se me había ocurrido.
For this part, I chose to create it in an achromatic palette, using black, white, and gray scales to compose the design. I placed the text "NO SPACE" and copied and distributed it in the center and below a bar where the cover icons would be placed.
Para esta parte, decidí hacerlo en una paleta acromática, utilizando escalas de negro, blanco y grises para componer el diseño. Coloqué el texto "NO SPACE" y lo copié y distribuí en el centro y debajo de una barra donde se colocarían los iconos para la portada.
To play with the text, I made two additional copies and removed their fill, and then I applied a stroke with a size of 2.
Para jugar con el texto, realize 2 copias y mas y les quite el relleno, y dandoles a adquirir trazo tamaño 2,
It was supposed to be a "space" background, so I filled the box and used a brush to create stars to give it that ambiance. I also applied a threshold layer to achieve the achromatic effect. In the midst of this, I changed the color to red to further highlight the astronaut.
Se suponía que el fondo sería el "espacio", así que rellené el cuadro y, con un pincel, añadí estrellas para darle esa ambientación. También utilicé una capa umbral para lograr el efecto acromático. En medio de esto, hice el cambio de color a rojo para resaltar aún más al astronauta.
To place my name and the title, I positioned them in the mentioned bar using red and white colors, allowing the title (in white) to blend with the background, creating the impression that it goes through the bar. In the previous copies, I used the "Smudge" tool to blur into the background.
Para aplicar mi nombre y el título, los coloqué en la barra mencionada utilizando los colores rojo y blanco. Esto permitió que el título (en blanco) se mezclara con el fondo, dando la sensación de que atraviesa la barra. En las copias anteriores, utilicé la herramienta "Dedo" para difuminar en el fondo.
For the framing, I placed the word "PIEDAD" in Spanish, alluding to the fear of what we might encounter in the beyond, and the idea that the unknown may allow us to live and learn more in a dark distance. "Restricted" refers to what is restricted, what we are allowed to know, and what we must learn and what we must not.
Para el enmarcado, coloqué la palabra en español "PIEDAD", en referencia al temor a lo que podríamos encontrar en el más allá, a que lo desconocido nos permita vivir y saber más en una lejanía oscura. Y "restricted" se refiere a lo restringido, lo que nos permiten conocer o lo que debemos saber y lo que no.
To conclude the design, I created a magazine mockup, as that is the concept we are working/designing, and applied the texture of a transparent plastic bag to give it the final touch. As you can see, at the bottom of the image, there is a QR code that will guide you to
