Hello community, showing my participation, I am going to comment on my vision when I saw the image that was intended to highlight the collage. Starting from the concept "shelter", this controversial topic that is given to zoos or those places where we are told that animals "are fine", how many of them die and are put in captivity for our entertainment. In a small representation of them, I wanted to title the shelter as "MYSTICAL", as at night their souls can be free from those shelters, roam the world and still return from where they left before the sun appears.
Starting from that concept, I moved on to the development of the collage.
Hola comunidad, mostrando mi participación, voy a comentarles la visión al ver la imagen que se destinaba a resaltar el collage. Partiendo desde el concepto "refugio", este tema tan controversial que se le da a los zoológicos o a esos lugares donde nos dicen que los animales "están bien", cuántos de ellos mueren y son puestos en cautiverio para nuestro entretenimiento. En una pequeña representación de ellos, quise titular el refugio como "MYSTICAL", ya que por las noches sus almas pueden ser libres de esos refugios, recorrer el mundo y aun así vuelven desde donde partieron antes de que el sol aparezca.
Partiendo de ese concepto, pasé al desarrollo del collage.
The presented background image for the participation paved the way to place the selected images in this section. I positioned two fish and an orca, returning to that place. I found the idea of highlighting "souls" interesting, and with exposure layers, I darkened the background while illuminating the water using a uniform layer with linear light blending mode to emphasize the water in that light blue tone.
To introduce colors on the edges of the animals, I used lower layers and complementary colors between orange and navy blue. I provided light to the orca and the fish through the water reflection, using orange to symbolize the movements of their souls.
La imagen presentada como fondo para la participación abrió el camino para colocar las imágenes que seleccioné en esta sección. Ubiqué dos peces y una orca en posición, regresando a ese lugar. Me pareció interesante la idea de resaltar "almas" y, con capas de exposición, oscurecí el fondo y proporcioné luz al agua mediante una capa uniforme con el modo de fusión de luz lineal para resaltar el agua en ese tono celeste.
Para dar paso a la inclusión de colores en los bordes de los animales, utilicé capas inferiores y colores complementarios entre el naranja y el azul marino. Proporcioné luz a la orca y a los peces a través del reflejo del agua, utilizando el naranja para simbolizar los movimientos de sus almas.
For this part, I decided to move the fish on the left as it was too large and overly prominent, joining it to the "school" of fish. I chose to have it as part of this group along with the touch-ups of lights coming from them and returning to the water. Concluding the design, I placed a title to provide context and share it with the community. See you in the next participation.
Para esta parte, decidí mover el pez de la izquierda, ya que era demasiado grande y llamativo, uniéndolo al "cardumen". Opté por que sea parte de este grupo junto con el retoque de luces que provienen de ellos y regresan al agua. Finalizando el diseño, coloqué un título para proporcionar un contexto y poder compartirlo con la comunidad. Nos veremos en una siguiente participación.
