As human beings, we have one or two things we don't like about ourselves. We were not created as perfect beings. We have many flaws and there are things we do sometimes which we wouldn't have done ordinarily but did them because we have no 'control' over them.
We even wished we have power to stop the conception of fellow human beings. Sometimes when we look at the activities of terrorists and how cruel they are, we wished there is anything we could do to prevent them from coming to the world in the first place.
Imagine having the power to go back in time to stop many leaders from being born. Especially when you think of those making life miserable for the people. How wonderful would such be?
Even we the common people wished we don't have some traits which are gotten genetically. Would you consider going back to prevent your conception?
2baba (2face Idibia) in his 'Go Down' reflected on so many problems, wars, hatred, killings that we see and faced in this world. He claims that if we had the chance to preview and review all the things that we will meet down here (like a video of what we are experiencing now), many of us would have opted to stay instead of coming to this world.
So would you jump at the chance of preventing your own conception? If you were shown all you are experiencing now and some you will still experience in the future, would you still choose to come to this world?
If no, how about the opportunity to change some traits? Like lying, talking too much and being an introvert? Would you prefer a situation where you had the choice to choose whether you want to be born or not because of the things you will face if born into the world? Or you will simply choose another parents (mother or father), country or colour?
