Those of you who don't know who Princess Mia is, try and watch Anne Hathaway in The Princess Diaries.
Our doggy Pixie, has the same personality. She's a little rebel, but also magnificently and totally regal.
Pixie survived the dreaded canine parvovirus (CPV) infection. She was, as you can see in the photo on the left, literally skin and bones. With lots of love and care, her owners nursed her back to health.
Unfortunately, because of unforeseen circumstances, they couldn't keep her, and we took her home with us on the 17th of July last year.
Today she is spunky and full of pizazz, and we are very taken with our little Royal Highness, Pixel, aka Pixie, aka Princess Mia.
