Another Sunday, another food waste pickup at the patisserie in town. Spoiled customers want choice and want it fresh, so all food at the end of the day has to be removed to make space for frearshly baked day after. The unsold food is perefctly fine, we are happy to collect it and share it among our food savers and visitors at our the Solidarity Fridge locations.
The rescued food from this pickup was delivered to Cykelköket Gamlestan.
