Picture is an artistic work that help us to transfer memories to one another and also an effective way to store memories, picture is like a hard drive of life,
a camera is device used for taking pictures and the human eyes are the very first camera.
Pictures are very important and due to this fact some people carry a camera around, these people actually feel that every moment in life is special, why do every phone of this age have a camera?
motion pictures are what makes up the film or movies we have today.
A picture shows time, event,history.
Sometimes we can forget some things and words are just not enough to bring back that memory,but pictures are the ultimate piece, when you look at a mirror image of yourself no one needs to give you further explanation.
The first photograph was taken by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce in 1826 or 1827 which he took from an upstairs window at Niépce's estate Le Gras in Burgundy region of France.
while the use of a photographic film was pioneered by George Eastman whom started manufacturing paper film by 1885, he made a camera called kodak.

And, what was that? Children were photographed after they died! That way, children would stay still for as long as required.
