Today I am sharing with you a watercolor portrait I had postet long ago and since I have many new followers I am sharing it again. It is a portrait tutorial using color values from warm to cold colors and what results you could reach using them correctly. Here is my painting for the purpose. It took me like two and a half hours to comlete it as I divided the process in steps for you. The medium I used this time is watercolors. Just to say my favorite medium to paint is watercolors. I painted this one using Windsor&Newton watercolors and cold pressed non acid watercolor paper. What I think is the hardest thing in drawing with colors is the capability to work and differ the colors. Once you get used to picking the right warm and cold colors things just go on their own. Take your time and draw. It is the practicing that matters.
Here it is divided in step by step.
