Hola a todos! Me da mucho gusto poder escribir en esta nueva plataforma que encontré!
La verdad es que es difícil encontrar un lugar donde puedas compartir tus ideas, proyectos, pensamientos, experimentos, locuras y demás sin que sea en vano o vayan quedando en el olvido.
Mi nombre es Diana Gil y les contaré un poco de mi hasta el momento.
Nací y crecí en el hermoso puerto de Acapulco de Juarez, Guerrero, México en el año 1990.
Tengo 27 años (como pasa el tiempo) y actualmente llevo viviendo en la Ciudad de México por 8 años.
Me gusta cantar, lo he hecho desde que tengo memoria y profesionalmente desde los 13 años. He tenido
infinidad de bandas y agrupaciones de diferentes géneros entre los cuales sobresalen mas el pop, electronica y
rock. Mi año mas sobresaliente ha sido el 2007 en donde estuve de gira por todos lados con una banda en donde
fui la co-fundadora y vocalista.

Estudié la carrera de Mercadotecnia en la CDMX y trabajé en diferentes áreas de la industria musical como booking de artistas, producción de eventos, management de bandas, prensa, entre otros.
Todos esos trabajos me ayudaron mucho a construir lo que soy y lo que sé ahora, sin embargo mi alma se sintió vacía por muchos años debido a que no encontraba la manera de trabajar y poder regresar al frente del escenario a cantar.
Lo bueno fue que con el tiempo pude acomodar mis horarios e ingresos (trabajo como coordinadora de atención a clientes y redes sociales) para comenzar un nuevo proyecto, uno completamente personal. Es así como surgió DYAN G, mi proyecto solista el cual arranqué el año pasado pero que en este 2017 esta comenzando a ver la luz. Los géneros principales son R&B y Urbano.
Lancé un tema el abril en plataformas digitales llamado "Passif" el cual es una oda en español a "Passionfruit" de Drake. El 28 de julio saldrá un tema completamente original en plataformas digitales como iTunes, Spotify, Amazon y mas llamado "Enganchado" el cual habla de una relación larga y fallida. Se puede escuchar un previo y adquirir en preventa en iTunes y Amazon.
Así que, en grandes rasgos, esa soy yo. Espero que por aquí podamos compartir muchas historias.

I studied the Marketing career at CDMX and worked in different areas of the music industry such as booking artists, events production, management bands, press, among others.
All these works helped me a lot to build what I am and what I know now, however my soul felt empty for many years because I could not find the way to work and to return to the front of the stage to sing.
The good thing was that over time I could accommodate my schedules and income (actually I work as a coordinator of customer service and social networks) to start a new project, a completely personal. This is how DYAN G emerged, my solo project which I started last year but in 2017 is beginning to see the light. The main genres are R&B and Urban.
