Hello everyone. Today i will be mostly speaking my mind. I will not be talking about Justin Sun, witness votes, issuing SPI tokens are sharing a new idea/scheme to help us grow. Today's post is aimed directly at SPinvest club members. If you do not like swear/curse words, this is not the post for you, you need to come back another day when i am my normal self. This a nasty post were i say what i really want to say. That does not mean i mean everything in the post, it's what i wrote at the time.

So what has been happening with SPinvest the past few months in terms of the "club"? Damn all, that's what. Do we want an investment club? are do we like the idea of an investment club? because they are not the same thing. 1 could be real and the other is a dream are a hope. 3 days ago i put a post out to test the waters and see if other club members are interested in introducing club moderators. Let me tell ya when Justin Sun first bought Steemit a few weeks back i pulled the buyback wall from steem engine and a few people were pissed off about it. I suggested that if there were moderators in place, the moderators could have talked about it and did a quick vote among themselves and we might have not pulled the buyback wall. My suggestion went unanswered so whether that person seen it are not, i don't know.
Last Friday, i returned after a week off from posting and wrote a huge post about changes that were going to happen and explained everything as best as i could. One of those things was to add moderators to the SPinvest club.
On Monday, i released the SPinvest moderator idea post and included how we would select our moderators over 4 weeks and what moderators would be expected to do. I could not have made the duties any more piss easy. What a complete waste of time.

Ok, right, so i might be sounding crazy right now. Let me let you into my head. This is how i vision the SPinvest club right now in my head. We have 31 club members. The picture i see is 29 people sitting in a room fucking about with their phones, looking out the window, drawing on the desk, basically just not focused at all. Im standing at the front like a dick trying my best and failing to motivate people.

A club is not supposed to be like this. A club is something where everybody works together with a common goal. People in a proper club wonna do stuff to help, what's the point of becoming a confirmed member if you plan to do nothing? What value do you add to the club? None!! That might be harsh, in fact, it is harsh but logically it's correct so take how you like it. I cant make Spinvest decentralized, its the only thing i cant do, that's up to everyone else. Im trying to push it and nobody is interested so you either what it are you don't.

Spinvest is around 9 months old, has over 250 token holders and holds $17,500 worth of STEEM and other investments. Has nobody ever thought about putting something in place to make it harder for me to blackball you guys and steal all the money? You know how easy it would be for me to copy/paste some opensource code onto my server and edit it so that all the SPinvest accounts start 100% power-downs with all payments directed to my personal account. I could go offline for 13 weeks and fill my time in by selling the off-platform investments and cashing them out to the bank. After 13 weeks had passed from i fucked everyone over, i would return to cash out all the STEEM to an exchange and then that's it. See ya! The answer is pretty easy. About 90 minutes of work and stop using Steemit. Some people would no me from my writing style as you can see exampled perfectly in this post so a new account would be a no go.

Of course, this will never happen based on the simple fact that STEEM is not worth scamming. If i was gonna do some dirty shit, I'd have my sights set higher than a few thousand dollars of STEEM. Point is, a proper club would already have something in place to stop me from this happening.

This is a rant but it's honest as well. This is how im seeing things. I came from a silver/gold stacking community called #steemsilvergold that is a true decentralized community/club. 80% of its members will have done something towards building it whether that be hosting a simple contest, arranging group buys for members, holding the membership list, being part of community crowd fundraising are even releasing the STEEM silver round for the past 3 years and loads more stuff im leaving out. All of these ideas came from different members that took a minute and pondered to themselves, how can i add value? and then they did it. You don't use a sub-account from SPinvest, just do it from your own account. When i stepped down as an SSG mod, so many people wanted my spot, they had to vote on it. I just don't think this would happen within SPinvest.

Maybe i am spoilt over at SSG and im just being a cry baby that's just shat it's nappy but it's nowhere near the same, in fact, its completely different in terms of structure. Everybody wants something but they don't wonna put the work in, they just want the results. There is no drive here from club members. I can keep posting idea's till my hair turns grey but if nobody really cares that much, what's the point other than post payouts which are away to shit cause of steemauto. We all trying to make some money here and as a proper club we can earn more, but whatever, most people don't seem to understand that. We have about 8-10 real club members, 2 running accounts, not sure what's been happening with Conrad and the other 4-6 showing general support, giving feedback and releasing related posts from time to time. The rest are just token holders that mostly only chirp in when they disagree with something.

If it was up to me which it is but im lazy, i would relaunch the whole thing and either make it a fund were i 100% manage and have a percentage of earnings removed to pay myself and others like JK, Underground and Conrad. If you don't like it sell your tokens on the SE exchange, SPinvest will buy them back all day long when the price drops to 0.50 STEEM after weeks of token holders dropping their asking prices because nobody is buying. This would much easier to run as I'd have no feelings to please investors. My only requirements would be to increase earnings, holding and SPI token value but i like the idea of a club.

I just thought that adding moderators was sorta important for the club. Based on the feedback, it's not. If you guys wonna have club moderators, vote them in yourself. I bet my bottom fucking dollar people will be much more interested and want to have input with the new SPI token distribution plan.

30 minutes have passed between this text and the text above spiderman. I am a little more chilled now. I used to write big long emails to my boss telling him what i wanted to tell him. 99% of the time i would delete them but always noticed i was more chilled after. I have written posts like this about SPinvest before about different things and then decided to delete them after i felt better but this time im thinking, this is the 1% post.
