There are some projects that get a lot of attention on Hive while others fly under the radar. SPInvest is one of those that falls into the later category.
We are already seeing enormous rewards that the community received and this is only going to keep growing. As Hive becomes more interactive, providing greater opportunities, SPInvest will be able to leverage its relationships for greater gain.
By now most of you have seen the partnership project called Brovest. This is a raffle being put on by SPInvest and 
Through the cross-pollination, we are seeing SPInvest benefit in a few ways. Obviously, the publicity is good for a project like this. At the same time, SPinvest is one of the larger token holders in Brofund. This token went from the purchase price of 2 HIVE and is now being sold for 3 HIVE. In addition to the increase in value on the market, each day there are dividends paid to SPInvest for holding the BRO token.
Over the weekend, it was noted that the SPI value, based upon the holding of the club is 2.03 HIVE. In traditional investment terms, this could be called 'book value'. Essentially, it is what the club is worth if its assets were sold off.
The interesting part is that, in looking at the price of the token on the open market, there are about 150 SPI for sale at 2.04 HIVE. In other words, someone is giving these tokens away.
Oftentimes, it comes down to knowing what one is looking at. Many opportunities exist, the question is are we sharp enough to get involved when they are presented? This is what separates those who make big money from those who struggle along. Taking advantage of the opportunities when they are in front of a person is what it is all about.
It appears someone is giving away from SPI tokens. To sell any openly traded asset near book value makes little sense. The logic being used here is hard to follow. It gets more difficult when we factor in the fact that SPInvest sends out rewards each week simply for holding the tokens. Obviously it will vary but it is a greater than 7% annual return.
These are just a couple of example of the potential we are seeing with SPInvest. For those who were involved early, the gains are already evident in one's wallet. If one is a bit later to the game, just look at the trend in the weekly reports. It only went in one direction from the start: up.
We are sitting upon a unique situation where passive opportunities coupled with human activity alters the return. It is through this combination that we are seeing outsized gains.
