As many of you are aware I have been on the Vegan Challenge for some time
Today I'd like to share some of my delicious meals from my previous days.
Day 16
Easy breakfast :) Pumpkin flaxseed cereal with almond milk.
Raspberry smoothie :) with almond milk.
Dumpling veggie soup with veggie fried dumplings a side of rice and kimchi.
Day17
Pumpkin flaxseed cereal with almond milk.
Veggie springs roll and seaweed salad :)
Corn/black bean burger with fries.
Day 18
(Morning fasting)
Thai noodles with veggies :) and veggie spring rolls.
Day 19
Vegan Pad thai :)
Day 20
Pumpkin flaxseed cereal with almond milk.
Black bean mole enchiladas :) (my favorite!!!!!!!!!!!)
Sweet potato chips :)
