Last week I saw my pea eggplant has so many fruits and itβs made me want to crush it. I picked pea eggplant in garden and I cut a banana blossom near my cabin for boiling it and eat with crush pea eggplant. At first I have not idea to make a recipe post in Hive but after I wanted to share it with you all. So I do not take some pictures when I doing it. But itβs easy to make it. Normally this recipe made it with grilled fish or dried fish and Prahok. It is a traditional dish that people in the country always make it and eat it with fresh vegetables and also cooked vegetables.
There are many ways to make eggplant and the taste is according to our taste. I always to making dishes according to my experience and taste it. But every time I share the cooking method with you all, I always measure the ingredients. But this post I did not measure the unit.

Ingredients For Make It
- 1 cup of pea eggplants
- five red onions
- 10 cloves garlic
- green chili as we like
- 1 cup or 10 of fry soy chunks
- tamarind by taste
- lemon juice by taste
- palm sugar by taste
- salt taste
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Pick pea eggplant, chilli and peel garlic, peel red onion, and wash them. Boiling them with a little water and stir it some time. After it left the water and add a little bit oil and stir fry until brown. Pick soy chunks like small for easy crush.
Take a mortar and a pestle and crush roasted pea eggplant, garlic, chilli, red onion, soy chunks and tamarind until well. Then add salt, sugar, nutritional yeast and crush it a bit more and taste it. Finally I add lemon juice and add more ingredients more by my taste and stir it well, itβs ready. You can grind it with machine also but I like crush it with mortar because it looks delicious more than.
I peel banana blossom and took only yonder of it and I boiled it with luffa gourd, climbing wattle, small round eggplants for eating with this crush. I also have raw vegetables. This crush we can eat with all kind vegetables are we like.
Itβs delicious with rice always.
