今天大年初一,在澳洲没有假期,还是要上班。不过一早就溜了出来,四点就下班去买菜,回家准备年饭。在澳洲没什么年味,就只能大吃一顿解决了。
Today is Chinese New Year. I still had to work today as it is not a public holiday in Australia, but I manage to sneak out and got off work by 4pm, so that I have time to shop and prepare for a nice new year dinner

买的烧肉,还有烤鸭。买回来后放在烤箱烤一会,皮会脆一点 Roast Pork and Roast Duck bought from a restaurant, I put it into the oven for a bit to keep the cracklings crispy:
