Along the NSW coastline, including Sydney Harbour, is home to the Bottlenose dolphin. And dolphin watching in Sydney doesn’t necessary involve in getting a speedboat out towards to ocean while getting seasick before seeing any dolphins at all. We were visiting Watsons Bay close to the CBD on a cloudy day, and just as we were admiring the view we spotted some dolphins playing in the harbour. Remember this is still within the Sydney harbour and we are only about 20 minutes drive from the Sydney CBD.
宽吻海豚在新南威尔斯的沿岸，包括悉尼港口，都可以找到，所以有时候不用出海不用晕船也可以看见海豚。几个礼拜前我们到了离市中心不到二十分钟车程的Watson Bay, 就在欣赏海湾风景时看见了海豚。这可是离高楼大厦不远的市中心啊！

There they are! There are about 4 – 5 dolphins in this pod. 看，在这里呢，有四五只海豚在水里玩耍。
Here are some a close up. You can see the city ferry at the background of one of these pictures – we are very close to the city. 来两张近照。第二张照片可以看见背后的市内渡轮。
Some kids were luckily enough to be close to the pod while out on a small boat. They could almost touch the dolphins. It must have made their day. 有几个年轻人有幸在水中跟海豚们近距离接触，真羡慕啊！
Another person enjoyed seeing the dolphins swimming by his boat. 又一个运气好的，可以看见海豚游过来。
Finally, the dolphins made their last appearance before swimming out to the ocean. 海豚们最后一次浮出水面，之后便消失于茫茫大海中。
So there you have it! Beautiful and playful dolphins, spotted right in the city. It really made our day seeing the dolphins. Sydney is such a great place to be! 看到了海豚，我们的心情特别开朗！悉尼真是个好地方！
