What's up STACKERS!
I had one of these "Infrared Saunas" sessions at the crib. I rarely used it and need to start again.
Yeah.. Yeah... I know, my face turned into a baked Tomato! š
Some studies have shown that if you do saunas 2-3 times a week, that it will prevent many ailments. š
The benefits are listed here:
