The Lichess Team Battles come to an end (for us) - penultimate round tomorrow!

Dear chessfans!

Last Sun. our Blockchain chess team fought its 15^th battle in the Lichess Team Liga and this time we ended up on rank 8 only, our second worst result. As a consequence, we were relegated to liga 7.

I think we ran out of steam and also the fact, that NOBODY had answered the question at the end of my previous post, led me to the conclusion that (people are not reading my posts and) we will end this chessily adventure. Actually in a week already!
So, 2 more rounds and we are going on a well-deserved summer break!

The next (and second to last) round is tomorrow Thu., 6^th July, 18h GMT.

We will be in the liga 7B. As always, the more from our team join, the higher our chances will be to finish among the top 3 and improve in the rankings!

Mode: 3+0 (3 minutes per game, no increment per move), 100 min. rated arena, win streaks & berserk allowed

The rules:

• Everybody in our Lichess team can join using the link to the tournament (pick our team if asked 😃, in case you are member in multiple teams)
• Only the results of the 7 best contributors of each team are counted in this liga (but all skill levels are important, because each win means potentially less points for the other teams!)
• Every Thursday and Sunday are tournaments
• The links to the upcoming tournaments are - dependent on our result - already provided in the description of the tournament itself and also on our team page.
• All users who score in the Lichess Team Liga will get a one time 5 points bonus in the upcoming Hivechess season 16, all topscorers 10 points!
