Good Morning / Afternoon / Evening World:
Before I head to work today, I decided to make myself a healthy breakfast and it was Oatmeal with Blueberries.
It was nothing fancy or special, but it's loaded with tons of nutrients for sure. Also, it will help me to get through the morning.
Yesterday, I went to a physio session and was advised to drink more water during pregnancy. So, being a good patient, I had 2 glasses of water with breakfast.
I am sure many of us don't drink enough water on a daily basis, but water consumption is such an easy way to keep you healthy.
How about we all try to challenge ourselves today by consuming at least 8 glasses of pure water? Thoughts?
