I love dinner time - it is also time that I can use in the kitchen to relax from a long day, and to create some delicious and easy eats like this spaghetti & meat sauce.
This time, I made the meat sauce like bolognese. I have loved Spaghetti Bolognese for as long as I can remember ever since I moved to Canada.
At university, it was my go to meal probably because it gave me the energy required (when we study, we burn a lot of brain power, lol).
This dish is so comforting for me as I love parmesan cheese, having this dish allows me to indulge in parmesan cheese. How great is that!
I made my bolognese with nutrient-rich grass-fed beef, organic carrot, celery, mushroom, onion, tomato paste, chopped tomato, herbs and spice. And, it’s a great winter warmer after being out!
My husband approved this dish too, in particular the bolognese sauce. He ate it on its own without the spaghetti, lol.
