In anticipation of our baby's arrival, I have started to organize my home. In the process, I came across the following recipe cards from my trip to Dublin in 2012.
It is hard to believe that was 6 years ago, and a lot had changed since. I remember during my tour at the Guinness Factory, a friendly guide and I were talking about how much I love to cook.
Then, he went out of his way to find these recipe cards to send me home. And, all the recipes feature Guinness (the beer) as one of the ingredients.
Of course, out of sight, out of mind, these cards were stored at the bottom of my travel treasure box. It is only now I get a chance to look at them. One of these days, I should really give these recipes a try.
Also, I have to say, I love the food I tried in Dublin, in particular the hearty pub food they serve. I also love the nature and the people there. I would definitely return in a heart beat!
