While waiting for the waiter I took a few photos of the restaurant interior. We were at Shakey's Pizza one of the oldest pizza place I know. The interior looks warm and vintage nothing different from the other pizza places.
This is what I like about big clear windows I get to see people buzzing around the aisle of the mall. Looking at them is far more entertaining for me than gazing at the menu or the walls of this restaurant. I like this so called mall lifestyle. Almost anything you need is available in there just be ready with your comfortable walking shoes or flip-flops if you prefer.
We went in late afternoon there are less customers compared during rush hour and holidays. Busy lines, long wait could be stressful so I guess we are just fine.
That iced tea came first. Sweet with a hint of sour lemon. Not my kind of drink it gives me an upset stomach. Water is my best choice.
The salad came next. I don't like the dressing but the one with vinaigrette is not available. Caution if it says special or the wait staff says best seller run away from it. Look at the photo the greens has just been served but the leaves are wilted already. They replaced it right away no questions asked because they are aware about what I cautioned you about. So, be watchful for words like best seller and special.
Buttered bread on a nice plate I hope they taste better.
Fried chicken and mojo potatoes. I would rather take a chicken rotisserie style or the Jollibee chicken joy. I love mojo but there were only a few pieces.
I love pizza but this is not my type period.
