In my Christmas song I mentioned a book about Brexit (probably the word of the year). Coincidentally my other half got this one as a 'secret Santa' gift. I read it yesterday, but can't say I was too impressed. It spoofs the Enid Blyton books I read as a kid with one of them acting as a Boris Johnson type. Only took an hour or so to read, but I don't think I'll be reading it again. It's added to my Goodreads list. I've not read a lot of books this year due to lack of time.
There's a series of these books aimed at nostalgic adults as well as comedy versions of Ladybird books.
