Hello to all of my diyhub friends! I hope you're all doing well. I welcome you to my blog and thank you for being here. Even though Mother's Day has passed, the month isn't over yet, and I think giving your mom a gift at any time is a beautiful way to show her love and appreciation.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to surprise my mom with several gifts. I always look for details that make her smile, even if they're small. I firmly believe that meaningful gestures don't always have to be grand, and sometimes, a simple detail can have a huge impact. For example, she loves bracelets and is so passionate about them that she even sleeps with all her jewelry on. I often wonder if she finds this uncomfortable, but it doesn't seem to bother her at all. It's part of her style and personality; she always carries all her accessories with her, and that makes her unique. I decided to create a Miyuki bracelet that will be a perfect gift for her. This bracelet is not only a beautiful accessory but also has a special meaning, as it combines two of her greatest passions: bracelets and her favorite rock band, Guns N' Roses. Since she was young, my mom has been a huge fan of this iconic band. Their songs have accompanied important moments in her life, and I know that a bracelet inspired by them will make her very happy.
I'll tell you that I also like Guns N' Roses songs, especially "November Rain" and others whose names I can recognize by the lyrics, though I don't remember them. However, my musical style is more metal, so I can understand why my mom likes this band so much. The energy and passion they convey in their music are undeniable, and that's something we can all appreciate, regardless of the genre.

Paso nro 1
To begin, I think you know how to do it always, even I know it by heart! I start by setting up my loom, which is my precious little box. I lay out seven rows of thread. This time, I'm going to use mustard-colored Chinese thread on the ends, so the Chinese thread will be on the edges, and I'll place nylon thread in the center.I'm going to start with the weaving. First, I'll do a reduced weave to establish the base of the bracelet. I'll start by placing a black bead and then add three more beads. This initial pattern will help me prepare the weaving before moving on.

Weaving involves passing the thread under the loom with the beads and arranging them on each row of threads. Then, I pass the thread over the top and use the needle to thread it through the middle of the beads. In this way, I continue weaving until I complete the bracelet size.

Once I saw that I had everything woven, I'm now going to secure the bracelet. With the help of the needle, I'll adjust it so it doesn't come loose easily, thus avoiding problems, which we don't like as jewelry makers. Since I made the bracelet with Chinese thread at the ends, I'll tie it in an adjustable knot, like regular woven bracelets. This time I wanted to try making this bracelet differently, and I really like how it turned out.
(Resultado final:)(Bottom line:)
I want to thank you for joining me on this creative journey. Each bracelet I create is not just an accessory, but a symbol of love and dedication. I hope this project inspires others to express their feelings through crafts. Remember that every detail counts and that handmade gifts carry a part of our hearts with them. If you're also familiar with Guns N' Roses, I'd love to hear your comments at the end of this demonstration. What are your favorite songs?
