Greetings From The World of AI (Artificial Insemination)
This is strange but beautiful what she told me.
She was 49 years old, a PhD candidate at a university. She was doing divorce sessions by day and oftentimes coming to the sperm donor site after a court session. She was consumed by the fact that her fertility will expire soon and her biological clock will put unnecessary pressure on new relationships. She is a wonderful person fighting for women yet she was looking for a sperm donor.
I never understood monogamy. I like girls. I am pro decentralization, including semen. We cannot humanly think about decentralized anything before we decentralize our social institutions. I signed up to the sperm donor site as a minnow filling my racial and blood history, education level and "Donation Preference". It is voluntary and open for all.
Going into a sperm donation sites is like going to the Darknet market. It is a highly competitive environment. Here procreation is a competitive sport. The vendors are attentive, polite, consumer-centric and oftentimes offering everything including free multiple delivery of babies. They have clean medical, genetic and IQ records and successful impregnations decorating their profile. Agreeable on laid contractual terms. In Steemit terms they are Whales.
wtf is P.I.?
Main Glossary of Terms in #Donorchain
N.I. Natural Insemination, aka, Sex
A.I. Artificial Insemination. Providing fresh sperm in a cup and donating to the recipient.
A.I. + Artificial plus stimulation.
P.I. Partial insemination, the sex equivalent of fast food.
After a few days of signing up my inbox was being filled with all sorts of strange messages. Partly because my blood is an A-. By the way, all these text shown below are real, actual messages I received.
Some want to reproduce on their own terms, because they can afford to choose to do so. They are frequently called Sperm Sluts by their inlaws.
Many were adventurous and gay.
Some are widows of marines.
Many have been busy with careers or doing a PhD and would literally break down the process as:
"I am a PhD candidate who will be relocating to ??? in the next year or two in order to accept a job as Professor Margo. In other words, I would like to meet a donor who either lives near or travels frequently to the X Area. But just know that if I do get pregnant, there is a 99.9% chance that I will relocate shortly after.’’
Some have had miscarriages or their partners had a vasectomy, were disabled, did drugs, etc. Almost all women come with genuine and heart-breaking reasons to build a family. Others just come for fun and not all recipients make the most informed choices.
Keep calm and decentralize sperm.

In light of all the complicated scenarios out there, it begs the question, what if sperm were to become decentralized? You would essentially become a one-man sperm bank or a decentralized firm as long as you provide adequate protections against communicable diseases. This would work as long as you can recover, process, store, label, pack, or distribute sperm. You would be fighting the sperm banks in price and quality much like bitcoin is fighting the fiat banks.
God bless the sperm and the person who is giving it.
Have morals, make smart contracts and respect the law. It’s legal to go to a bar, get drunk, and make out with a random stranger in a car. But it is possibly illegal to provide clean, healthy sperm in a cup depending on where you are. So before you venture into this world, study the rules of your residence. Many people have doubts about whether it is morally proper to jack off and go away, knowing your tadpoles may actually grow up to be somebody.
For the haters, all I can say is this: hate the sperm, not the donor.
And for all the would-be donors at the gate, just think: you'll be one or two steps ahead on the evolutionary ladder and on the path to decentralize humanity as those at the fringes are harbingers of what is to come. Procreation is poised to become more interesting and I am afraid about what we can do right now.
For Steemian sperm donors, tomorrow is another day.
