Firstly let me apologise for the opening picture in this post that breaks all of the rules, conventions and principles (and maybe even some international laws) of design, taste and decency.

OK! Not sure why I resorted to calling myself a punk in lieu of a proper opening to this post, when 'this' is clearly a punk... My hair only looks half as bad as that when I wake up in the morning.
Aaaaaanyway... Enough old, obscure movie references that much of the planet no longer gets, nor understands. That pointless and rather tenuous link was to remind you that a shiny brand new month is upon us and that can only mean one thing, brand new Rising Star game cards are here, whoop-de-freaking-doo!
So in answer to Clint's question, Yup, I do feel lucky, so much so that I am gonna be spending 100,000 of my hard earned Starbits on a bumper 12 pack of Rising Star cards.
Wow! There are so many ways to purchase cards nowadays, this game is gonna hit critical mass soon, those who are already here are gonna do very well from trading cards... Remember it is more accurate to view these as limited run NFT's than trading cards if you really want to get the big picture, with regard to the potential here.

Well I am now the proud owner of a shiny new marching drum, so if all else fails I can get a little work over Christmas in Tchaikovsky's, 'The Nutcracker', I was born for showbiz, I'll have you know. Wow 2 more Buster cards for the collection, I must have the entire run of Buster cards in my collection. Oh the Butch card looks pretty cool, I wonder if he made his name doing online workouts throughout lockdown?
On to packs 4 through 6, looking for that truly stunning card to transform my collection.

A jet ski, who doesn't want a jet ski in their life? Any self respecting megastar needs one of their own to show they know how to, not only, work hard but play hard too. Although if you are a land lubber on your maiden foray out in to unchartered waters, you may end up looking the same colour as that mighty fine lime acoustic guitar I just added to my collection.
Oh I also got another Butch, I can literally feel my testosterone count climbing, oh man I need to throw a TV out of a hotel window, right about now.

Remy looks like a fine addition to my entourage, when I tell ya I lurve pizza there is not one single hint of exaggeration, he also helps balance out my skill level as the cards so far have been more fan than skill orientated. Loving the new Nanny, although I'm not sure she's gonna be up to looking after my kids while I'm on tour. Hopefully Pixie is gonna add a little magic to my collection and not just gather dust... D'you see what I did there?
Just 3 packs to go and the anticipation is killing me, fingers crossed for no more Buster's. Let's open the last 3 im-bloody-mediately.

Alas... No megastar level, legendary cards today or even an epic but I did just bag a 5 string bass, a desktop mic for interviews for my adoring public and another awesometastical jet ski, 2 jet ski's, now that's when ya know you've made it. I'm liking the look of the Stig card, he may well sneak in to one of my 5 band member slots, you've gotta have a cool drummer dude, right?
Now usually at this point I open an extra bonus pack or 2 and give away the fact that my Rising Star pack opening addiction has reached critical levels but not today as my Starbits are rising fast and I have another 12 pack set firmly in my sights, so we can do this all again, real soon, Dear Reader... I'm deeply sorry!
