I opened this article with the intention of finding a well written summary/explanation of all the 5 Steem platforms as mentioned in your headline but you only gave 56 words of introduction and two links to DTube and IPFS.

The only thing I can deduce from your post is on your headline "5 Stem giants - Utopian, DLive, DTube, dMania, and Busy".

Can you please give a summary of these platforms so that we can understand what they are?

Yes, I know that they uze the Steem blockchain and they have massive amounts of Steem Power. What else do I need to know about them.
