Ingredients:
⢠140g tapioca flour
⢠170g millet flour
⢠1 packet activated yeast (5g) + 1 tsp sugar + ¾ cup lukewarm water
⢠1 tsp salt
⢠0.5 tsp baking powder
⢠2 tsp xanthan gum
⢠2 tbsp sugar
⢠3 large eggs
⢠2 tbsp olive oil
⢠1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Steps:
- First prepare the yeast by adding lukewarm water to it and sugar. Stir and leave it for 7 minutes.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients into a bowl (tapioca and millet flour, salt, baking powder, xanthan gum, sugar).
- Mix all of the wet ingredients in a separate bowl (eggs, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, the risen yest)
- Combine both the wet and dry mixtures together and stir until just combined.
- Take out a loaf pan and lightly grease it and place your dough into it, smoothing the top until it is level.
- Then cover your dough in the loaf tin for 45 minutes or until it is almost doubled in size.
- While it is rising, preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Once the dough has risen, place it into your oven for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, take out your loaf tin and let place it aside to cool down. When it has cooled you can remove it from the tin and enjoy! š
