Juicing 15 leaves and 2 huge nugs of raw bud per day is a healthy regimen. The fresher the weed is the better because many of the beneficial cannabinoids and terpenes are lost during the drying and curing process. Both have a nice balance of omega 3 and 6 and they’re both high in antioxidants. However, the weed seems to tip the scale with way more health benefits in total. While it’s hard to deny the nutritional value of kale, cannabis seems to be capable of so much more. Even if we just compared raw cannabis to kale there are more available nutrients in the untouched pot. Cannabis is a complete protein whereas kale provides a small percentage of our daily needs. There is much more concrete evidence of cannabis’ ability to fight diseases than there is for kale. Kale is definitely packed with an array of vitamins and minerals but if we’re giving out a crown cannabis is king.
