Later on tonite, on June 9, 2018, live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, the undefeated Jeff Horn of Australia will be defending his recently acquired WBO Welterweight Championship Belt against the undefeated Terence Crawford of Omaha, Nebraska USA.

I will keep this short because I don't there is much to say or explain for this bout. Jeff Horn, 30, won a Unanimous Decision bout against a 37/38 year old Manny Pacquiao to win the WBO Welterweight Champion Belt and title. He has defended his title once since then, and will now be taking on a very hungry and fierce Terence Crawford.

Terence Crawford has 32 Wins, 0 Losses and 0 draws. 23 of those 32 wins have been by Knock Out. Crawford has 13 more professional bouts than Jeff Horn with only 19 professional fights. Crawford's last nine opponents have been serious contenders starting with Yuriorkis Gamboa (28-2-0), followed by a tough veteran in Ray Beltran, who is the current Lightweight champ. Crawford followed that up by stopping Thomas Dulorme in the 6th round to win the vacant WBO Light Welterweight belt. He then stopped Canada's Dierry Jean in the 10th and Hank Lundy of the USA in the 5th round. Terence then battled the super tough Ukranian born Viktor Postol 29-1-0 to a unanimous decision victory. T-Bud, as he is sometimes called, followed up the Postol battle by stopping his next three opponents in John Molina Jr 30-7-0 in the 8th round, Felix Diaz 19-3-0 in the 10th round, and Julius Indongo 22-2-0 in the 3rd round.

Terence Crawford will be stepping up in weight class to welterweight for this championship fight. Jeff Horn will immediately notice the quickness in Crawford's hand speed and footwork. Crawford's super quick defense will be followed up by lightning quick poundings for Jeff Horn by mid rounds, to ultimately end with an early stoppage before the 10th round.
