Wanna see me stick nine inch nails through each one of my eyelids? =)
image source (website of the free to download wallpapers) Had to get it reuploaded from there - wasn't showing properly in my post after publishing.
Let's start this ugly, yet funny story.
This story will tell you some truth about steemit that isn't normally seen to average user. Please don't read if you practice positive thinking and don't like to read about how shitty human being normally is.
"Welcome to Steem!" - shouts lots of bots to you when you join the platform. Human users don't really care that you joined the platform. Only occasionally, if your story somehow jumps to trending story or someone really opened it and read it and liked it (rare collision of circumstances).
Welcome to steem and while you're new here - you'd better post something unique (like photos of your cat) and of quality content (nobody really knows what is it) so nobody (unless you're lucky) will read or see that.
At this point, welcome to Botland!
Nobody really cares of what you post, you'd better join some project like and use all the SBD to get upvotes to upvote bots. If you really want people to actually read and upvote your posts, please don't beg for it - it really annoys (here's why). The only users who will read your awesome unique posts - bots.
Do not mess with anyone!
The thing is, Steem has one rule - the rule of the open sea - the one with the better gun wins =)
Don't get fooled but lots of cool inspirational posts of how awesome the steem is. That's nothing to do with your current situation. Do you think, I lie to you now? Well...
here's a short story for you
Once upon a time, there was brave little (in reputation) user and his awesome friend Jax.
Jax hated to dress up sometimes =)
He's actually a cute and nice dog. Here's Jax's story.
But what I'm trying to tell you here is the story of Jax's friend - .
He messed up with steem users with high reputation and their own bot army. Why? Because softgrip has his own opinion about the platform. Because softgrip doesn't feel like being silent when he sees something wrong's going on. Softgrip's good guy. But it's platform that has the only one rule - the law of the open sea =)
Softgrip posts good post and people loved it. But found something wrong with that post. They wrote comment on that post that they consider it spam for some reason. I guess, it was because of affilate links. Softgrip removed them as an adequate person who doesn't really want to get into the fight that make no sence to him.
Later on, he writes a post about his opinion about censorship on steemit. The main point of the post - there's lots of spam here and affilate links but only minnows are getting flagged for that. Guess the result? =)
Softgrip currently have reputation 2 on steemit.
Flagged down by these users:
& fubar165 (I guess, it's one person)
Want some more funny information? Some say, it's just one single person's bots =)
The best thing about this story - Softgrip won. He was Human from the start till the end. He kept smiling while watching his steem account sinking in this sea. Why? Because he knew he's right. He is.
He won. He exposed yet another mean, greedy, weak, filthy steem user with tiny group of bots.
Welcome to steemit, my friends! =)
Summary
I just read some words that are 140% truth (140% is possible, trust me, I'm russian =) ) by
So, it's either steem has only one Super Judge Dredd (almost impossible) or nobody will have flags, only "MUTE POST" button.
declared #waronspam 2 days ago. I guess, this case is related to anti-spam spammers so putting this tag here.
P.S: I feel like getting flagged pretty soon =) Do I care? Nope =)
