Greetings fellow actifiters! Health is wealth! Today I woke up my usually 5:00 am and did my reading and meditation. Then I took my dog for a walk and did some stretching and warming up in the park. After returning home with my dog, I went out for a 5Km easy and steady pace recovery run. After Returning home, I went into work then came back home and spent the evening at home with my family. All in all a healthy and lovely day. I wish everyone a great day/night! Peace.
