A pesar del dolor que sentía en los hombros, me sentí sorprendentemente cómodo gracias al calentamiento previo que realicé. Este tiempo dedicado a preparar mis músculos fue clave; logré articular y descomprimir la congestión que había acumulado, lo que me permitió ejecutar mejor los movimientos.
Greetings #Hive friends, #liketu users and #swc athletes! Today I want to share my experience after completing the parallel bottoms challenge. Despite the pain I felt in my shoulders, I felt surprisingly comfortable thanks to the warm-up I did beforehand. This time spent preparing my muscles was key; I was able to articulate and decompress the congestion I had built up, which allowed me to execute the movements better.
Al subirme a la barra, una descarga de energía me invadió, impulsándome a terminar los fondos en menos de 10 minutos. Este tiempo es un buen indicador de mi progreso, considerando que el promedio suele ser mayor. La sensación de logro fue increíble, y culminar el reto del día me llenó de satisfacción.
As I stepped up to the bar, a rush of energy came over me, propelling me to finish the bottoms in less than 10 minutes. This time is a good indicator of my progress, considering that the average is usually higher. The feeling of accomplishment was incredible, and completing the day's challenge filled me with satisfaction.
