Hello all collage lovers! I'm glad to be back in this fun contest that is already in its round # 196 and now that I think about it, this would be my first collage of 2024 and I hope it is the first of many he he . For my participation, I created a war scene between some eggs and those who want to obtain them.
Like most of the time, when I make a collage for the contest, I usually examine the image contributed by the community and think of a concept to work on. I fell in love with photography at first sight and at first, I thought about making a peaceful collage based on the cottagecore style, so I looked in the image gallery for some photographs that could help me, being tempted by the following:
However, that figure that I called "climber" made me think of a scenario of the same, trying to climb the surfaces to get an egg, perhaps for later consumption. So based on that, I replicated these climbers and placed them throughout, changing their colors to make them less repetitive and give each one an identity.

To make the environment more "conflicting", I made some dark clouds around which, then placed some ducks flying being guided by some eggs. I helped myself with the "clone" tool to make the wings. I don't fully understand that tool, but at least I liked how the wings turned out. Finally, I placed some egg shells on the ground, to represent the casualties on the part of the egg battalion.

It wasn't originally what I had planned, nor is it one of my favorite subjects to work on, but I had a lot of fun doing the scene. I used the Photoshop program to edit this collage.

¡Hola a todos los amantes de los collages! Me alegro estar de nuevo en éste divertido concurso que ya va en su ronda # 196 y ahora que lo pienso, éste se trataría de mi primer collage de éste 2024 y espero, que sea el primero de muchos je je. Para mi participación, creé una escena bélica entre unos huevos y quienes desean obtenerlos.
Como la mayor parte del tiempo, cuando suelo realizar un collage para el concurso, suelo examinar la imagen aportada por la comunidad y pensar en un concepto en el cual trabajar. Me enamoré de la fotografía a primera vista y al principio, pensé en hacer un collage pacífico basado en el estilo cottagecore, por eso, busqué en la galería de imágenes, algunas fotografías que pudieran servirme, siendo tentada por las siguientes:
Sin embargo, aquella figura que llamé "escalador", me hizo pensar en un escenario del mismo, intentando escalar por las superficies para hacerse con un huevo, quizás para su posterior consumo. Así que basándome en ello, repliqué a estos escaladores y los coloqué por todas partes, cambiando sus colores para hacerlos menos repetitivos y darles una identidad a cada uno.

Para hacer el ambiente más "conflictivo", hice algunas nubes oscuras alrededor sobre las cuales, luego coloqué a algunos patos volando siendo guiados por algunos huevos. Me ayudé con la herramienta "clonar", para realizar las alas. No entiendo del todo esa herramienta, pero al menos, me gustaron cómo resultaron las alas. Finalmente, coloqué algunas cascaras de huevos en el suelo, para representar las bajas por parte del batallón de los huevos.

No fue originalmente lo que tenía planeado, ni es de mis temas favoritos para trabajar, pero me divertí bastante realizando la escena. Utilicé el programa Photoshop para la edición de éste collage.
