Balance is the most important part of life it requires coordination of both mind and body. If we achieve balance during workout than we can also bring balance in our life. Muscle imbalance is related with posture deformity and they are not so obvious that you can notice it without paying attention. The posture depends on your daily life routine if you have correct posture of sitting and walking and lifting objects in your daily life then you will have less chances of muscle deformity. There is a need to correct the imbalance after detecting it.
