Espero que estén muy bien y que su día esté transcurriendo de maravilla, como pudieron haber leído en el título de este post hablaré de mi experiencia como primeriza con la copa menstrual, pues esta ha llamado mi atención desde hace un largo tiempo, tanto por el hecho de evitar manchas de sangre mientras estoy haciendo alguna diligencia o trabajando como el poder ahorrar más dinero en toallas sanitarias, así que me atreví a comprar una por Amazon, la cual a través de estas fotografías les hago un unboxing, mostrando a detalle como me llego, a continuación les hablaré un poco sobre los beneficios de esta copa menstrual y luego mi experiencia aprendiendo a usarla:
✅ Resistente y fuerte, esta copa siempre se mantendrá en su lugar, por lo que no deberíamos de preocuparnos por fugas/manchas mientras estamos fuera de casa, en un día de piscina o ejercicio.
✅ Segura, esta copa es suave y segura, por lo que se puede usar hasta 12 horas, permitiéndonos dormir con ella toda la noche sin tener que limpiarla y reinsertarla.
✅ Comodidad, esta copa está diseñada para brindar comodidad, es flexible, suave y fácil de insertar y quitar.
✅ Sin fugas, esta copa evita las pequeñas fugas o manchas, además de ser fácil de limpiar, es reutilizable, ideal para mujeres con flujo abundante y trae una bolsa higiénica para poder guardarla y transportarla.
Ahora bien, hablando un poco más desde mi experiencia, pues apenas llevo 2 ciclos utilizándola, más he aprendido un montón sobre ella, cosas buenas y otras que no me esperaba, primero que nada debo admitir que todas las características que mencione anteriormente son ciertas, esta copa es magnífica, tiene una excelente calidad, aunque es suave también es resistente, lo cual hace que no se escape absolutamente nada, de hecho es primera vez que no tengo manchas de mi menstruación gracias a la copa, tampoco sentí miedo de mancharme mientras hacia diligencias, eso es otro punto a favor, ahorre mucho dinero en toallas sanitarias y es fácil de insertar, pero no todo es color de rosa jaja, por supuesto la copa tiene su lado complicado, número uno, vas a tener contacto con tu sangre si o si, pues al sacar la copa quizás ocurra que caiga un poco en tus dedos, segundo, y creo que es lo único y más complicado para mí, sacar la copa!, les miento si les digo que no llore la primera vez por qué no encontraba como hacerlo jajaja, más, siguiendo las instrucciones (del manual y de mis amigas), luego viendo algunos videos, entendí lo que debo hacer, respirar hondo, pujar, meter dos dedos, crear un vacío y luego ir sacándolo de un lado a otro mientras sigo pujando, así logro sacarlo con éxito, del resto, creo que es un gran beneficio poder contar con la copa y así sentirnos mejor a la hora de querer hacer cualquier actividad e incluso dormir sin tener preocupaciones de manchas/derrames y por supuesto ahorramos mucho dinero en toallas sanitarias, que opinan ustedes? ¿Le darían una oportunidad a la copa menstrual? Now, speaking a little more from my experience, since I have only been using it for 2 cycles, I have learned a lot about it, good things and others that I did not expect, first of all I must admit that all the characteristics that I mentioned above are true, this cup is magnificent, it has excellent quality, although it is soft it is also resistant, which means that absolutely nothing leaks, in fact it is the first time that I have not had stains from my menstruation thanks to the cup, I did not feel afraid of staining myself while towards errands, that's another plus point, it saves a lot of money on sanitary pads and it's easy to insert, but not everything is rosy haha, of course the cup has its complicated side, number one, you're going to have contact with your blood yes or yes, well when you take out the glass it may happen that it falls a little on your fingers, second, and I think it is the only and most complicated thing for me, taking out the glass! I lie to you if I tell you that I didn't cry the first time because I couldn't find how to do it hahaha, but, following the instructions (from the manual and from my friends), then watching some videos, I understood what I should do, breathe deeply, push, put two fingers in, create a vacuum and then remove it from a side to side while I continue pushing, this is how I manage to get it successfully, from the rest, I think it is a great benefit to be able to count on the cup and thus feel better when it comes to wanting to do any activity and even sleep without having to worry about stains/spills and of course we save a lot of money on sanitary pads, what do you think?
