Here comes the big one, but - we are in a hurry to work, we want to sleep another 15 minutes, every corner of us is winking oily donut, how to eat healthy in these circumstances?
The good news is that, as well as possible, the start of your day can be very tasty. All you have to do is put some delicious products in your favorite bowl and put them in the refrigerator before you go to bed so your breakfast will be delicious and ready to eat once you open your eyes in the morning.
The variants of this healthy breakfast are numerous, we will introduce you to the basic principles, and you feel free to add your favorite fruits, spices, flavors and more.
All you need is:
- 1/3 cup of oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- milk of choice (you can use nut or animal according to your preference)
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- cinnamon and favorite fruit (the taste of apple or banana is perfectly combined with aromatic spices).
Exceptionally delicious is the strawberry option, and for an even more wonderful taste, you can pamper yourself with a small handful of your favorite nuts. Blueberries are so useful that it is a crime not to pass a few of them and add them to the base.
