No matter how tasty and useful the food we have prepared, it can easily lose its beneficial properties if it is reheated in a microwave. It has been proven that some foods should not be reheated in this way in order to preserve the taste and the benefit of them.
Today I will introduce a list of foods you should eat right after you prepare them and it is not a good idea to warm up in the microwave.
In principle, it is not good to heat any food in the microwave and if you can never do it.
Chicken Meat
Chicken can be eaten within 2 days of its preparation. After this period, reheating may cause a stormy reaction in your stomach and cause you a number of ailments
Beet
Beet is full of useful ingredients for the human body, but it should be consumed only when it is fresh. These ingredients decrease when heat-treated.
Potatoes
Potato dishes should also not be left in the refrigerator for long because their nutritional value is gradually decreasing, and finally, the replenished dish can be really toxic to the body.
Spinach
Spinach is the product with the highest levels of nitrate, so its consumption in a reheated version can be very dangerous. Nitrate in heated vegetables can lead to carcinogenesis.
Celery
Like spinach, celery also has a very high level of nitrate, which should not be reheated. If the vegetable is part of a soup or other dish, you must remove it when reheating.
Mushrooms
The mushrooms are eaten as soon as they are cooked, as the composition of the proteins in them changes as they stay and reheat, which may cause problems with digestion.
Eggs
Preheat cooked or scrambled eggs can be toxic to your stomach. They should be consumed as soon as you prepare them and you should not eat them if they have just been taken out of the microwave oven.
