Biceps curl: 3 X 12 (12kg)
Hammer curl: 3 X 12 (12kg)
Forearm:
Palms-up wrist curl: 3 X 12 (10kg)
Palms-down wrist curl: 3 X 12 (10kg)
Shoulders:
Dumbell shoulder press: 3 X 18 (12kg)
Dumbell lateral raise: 2 X 10 (12kg)
Bent-over dumbell lateral raise: 3 X 12 (12kg)
Cardio:
Cycling: 30 min
Shadow boxing: 15 min

After few months of inactivity this is just what I needed. I'm already feeling much better but still not at 100%. To be honest hardest thing to do is to eat clean so we'll see how that plays out through next couple of months. Stay safe and fit Actifiters! ✌
