First I used as ingredients..
1.baim fish,
2.mukhi kachu,
3.onion kuchi,
4.garlic kuchi,
5.cumin paste,
6.green chilli kuchi,
7.soybean oil
Cooking recipe:
First I cut and washed the baim fish. Then I took off their skin.
I cut it into rounds. Then I washed them in a pan.
I have put onion powder, garlic powder, green chilli powder, cumin paste and soybean oil in it. I smeared it again with the baim fish cut inside it.
Then I gave enough cold water so that the kachu is cooked. After that I covered it with a lid and put it in the oven.
When all the water is drawn from the curry, I take it out of the oven. This is how spicy baim fish was cooked. This local dish along with other dishes has enhanced the taste of dinner food in an impossible way today, really great.
