Consistency is the key to everything and actifit helps me to be on track with consistent efforts.
My today activity consisted of:
°Working out like a lazzy person in the gym.🤣
°After gym walking near the ground.
°In evening going out to hangout..
Believe me guys apart from achieving my steps count i have become such a lazzy ass😂 kindly suggest me ways to overcome it.......
