That question has haunted me since the 2016 election. I've asked it enough to many to no reasonable avail. Now according to explosive new information from Lt. General McInerney and Mary Fanning they were planning on using the hammer and scorecard. The problem would have been, in my opinion, is that they could not, at that time, correlate with the algorithm they would use with the proper amount of ballots needed with the projected data coming in on a Trump win. That folks, in my opinion, is why they had to cancel a Hillary win and, of course, the fireworks. If what is said in this video stands true it now explains not only the need for easy access to ballots but the release of the virus that got them there.
